I have lived in the desert for almost 20 plus years..Just moved back from NY. I was driving my car and almost slammed on the brakes when I saw the robin in some ones back yard. I couldnt believe it. My Mom has lived in Las Vegas since 1976 and has never seen one. The bird was in a well water yard with grass so I guess thats what it needs..grass..water..worms ect..which is hard to come by out here. Need less to say seeing the Robin made me.and my.daughter very homesick for back East..but we took it as a sign for good:))
