One adult seen flying in the field just outside the office at The Nature Conservancy's Virginia Coast Reserve office in Nassawadox, VA. It was definitely a Monarch. I am 110% sure. Another biologist from The Nature Conservancy was with me and we both saw it together. Also, milkweed is definitely coming up in our area. Some plants are just under a foot tall at this point.
