I have been seeing the bald eagle almost daily flying over the trout stocked stream that runs past my house.

I have seen it take a fish and my neighbor claims to have seen the bald eagle take a duck a few days ago.

Today i found a dead red tailed hawk next to my house, 30 feet from the stream. Not sure if the eagle was involved or ifit was natural or other wildlife. Should the hawk carcus be turned over to anyone?
