Finally! Got to see my first little male ruby throated hummingbird of the spring! He was all over my fully bloomed red wigelia on the north side of the house tasting every flower on the shrub! It was 730 pm. The last few years he showed up around Earth Day.....I do have feeders up. A sight for sore eyes! Thrilled! He was still chowing down 15 minutes later. Let the season begin!
