In the 3 years since we've owned this home in a subdivision we have managed to replace a large portion of the yard with flower beds containing native perennials. We are transforming it into a pollinator destination and have managed to attract many butterflies and bees. More turf to remove and my next project is turning the leech field into a native prairie.
