Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 05/02/2016

Number: 1

3 p.m. One male with very bright red throat at kitchen window "with nose pressed to the glass" staring at the empty feeder laying on the sill between some red pots and an African violet. Feeder was up in front of house but not at the back where he was. Needless to say the back feeder will be up within the hour. This guy must have been here in prior years as he knew where the feeder hangs usually. Glad they are FINALLY here.
