31 chrysalis from small cats found on milkweed in garden. Started feeding April 18-May 1. First Monarchs on April 29-May 4 so far 25 released. 3 will be released tomorrow. 4 to go. First time to see them in the Spring although that is probably because I never looked until late summer. Plenty of Lantana, coreopsis, purple coneflower, blanket flower and rudbeckia to feed on. No aphids so far. Hoping for more eggs soon.
