I only get Ruby Throated Hummingbirds in my area. My first visitor of the season was observed this morning at 8:55 inspecting the nectar feeder and adjacent flowers. She, yes she took a small sip of nectar and then flew away. Then later this afternoon around 2:15 a male arrived at the feeder and sat down to take a long drink. So that makes 2 today, a male and female and that's with a pretty brisk north wind blowing! I'm very happy to see them back again!! :)
