Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 05/09/2016

Number: 1

We have had several in the past weeks... and have had to buy more milkweed to raise the caterpillars. Today we spotted two female looking for a place to set eggs... but the milkweed is covered in caterpillars of all sizes, mostly big. I didn't count but there must be well over 10. We may have to find more plants, without neotenic... if we can. Hoping we soon see chrysalises too. Large wasps have been eating the caterpillars...sad.
