I know it is kind of hard to see her but my hummer friend Dave who is "Bird Expert" told me it is a Killdeer. I have heard of them never saw one. She was off a main highway by the food store I was shopping it. I just seen her and said I have to get a picture but every time I tried to get close she would run. So this is the best I could do.
