I think this is the 3rd attempt at building a nest!, the first one must have fallen from its location by my front door because the nest was intact but sitting sideways in my shrub by the front porch. The second attempt was at a location just above our front door again under the porch but yesterday I noticed all the nesting material on the floor. This morning it looked like the nest was being reconstructed in the same spot and off and on all day I noticed the robin adding to the nest. It's envg now and she' s not there so I assume she will continue tomorrow. I have a small pond in my backyard where she comes to get mud for the nest.
