This morning I saw a monarch had just emerged and was building up strength to take off.Had to leave and saw that another had hatched and flew away today also.There are 3 more that are ready to emerge very soon and I hope to witness at least 1 of them.We have never seen them at this time of year and noticed the butterfly seen laying eggs had very tattered wings.I thought that bad weather in Texas may have sent them here.
