Saw my first Ruby Throat at our new home for the year. It was a male, and later in the afternoon saw a female visit the feeder. I realized that the dogs perched on the couch, with the feeder beyond it outside of the picture window was probably scaring them away. I immediately set up a second feeder on the back deck just before dark last night and was thrilled that both a male and female had already discovered it by lunch time :)
