It was unexpected but I was told that somebody had spotted
a bald eagle in summer of 2015 near Latrobe hospital. This area is very close to the hospital. I looked for a nest after the sighting but did not see one. I will be on a lookout on my next float on the Loyalhanna Creek this weekend. I will have my daughter with me with camera in hand this trip.
