Hummingbird, Nectaring from Flowers

Date: 05/19/2016

Number: 1

A single solitary male is all that we see now of the ruby throated hummingbirds.

The dozen or so seen in past weeks have moved on, and won't be back until the fall.

Last year, we seemed to have one pair that stayed around all summer and did not migrate. We will be checking this year.
