Two years ago planted seed of common milkweed in 5 gallon buckets,cut the bottom out of the bucket and sunk them half way into the ground.This year they are a healthy,beautiful two feet tall and growing.Hopefully they will bloom this year. I have yet to see a monarch, but I expect they will be here soon.
