Today 2 monarchs were born healthy and released. They were brought in on 4/24/16 as 1st instars (#4 and #5 of 5). They had both formed their chrysalis's on 5/6/16. I was away from home today, but my son took care of them after they emerged. When they were ready to fly he released them outside. He said they both flew away very well. It was a warm and sunny day, a good day to be a newborn monarch!
