Karen in Jackson,If pallid milkweed grows in Nebraska it would be out in the panhandle. From what I've read it is native to the dry slopes and hills of the Rocky mountains. There is not a lot of information on the web. Perhaps you might try contacting one of the universities in Colorado or Nevada.If I find any other information I will post it. Good luck! Lisa in Omaha
