Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 05/27/2016

Number: 5

5 monarchs visited the Gregg's Mistflower and Lantana at the TXDot Roadside park pollinator garden, 1 mile east of LBJ Park, east of Stonewall. Texas.
We have had heavy rains and flashflooding, I have not seen them since.
Since that time, the garden is full of queen butterflies, often 35 to 40 at a time beside the walkway, delighting children and adults alike. Garden is open from dawn to dusk.
