I saw my first Monarch butterfly. It was a female. She nectared for a while and then flew away. I have not seen any since then. So she either just came by for a drink and decided to "Journey North" and find a boyfriend. Last year it was the end of June or beginning of July before I saw my first pair and started to find eggs and cats. I have a good stand of common milkweed (75+ plants) and one Tuberosa.
