I already have four caterpillars in a bucket and lots of milkweed growing everywhere. But I had yet to see a monarch butterfly until this morning. Eating breakfast and reading my NYT magazine, I noticed a movement outside the window. I assumed it was a hummingbird but was pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful monarch butterfly flitting by. Happy Day!
