Sightings report image

Date: 06/13/2016

Number: 3

I HAVE SEEN 3 MONARCHS FLITTING AROUND THE BACKYARD FOR THE LAST 4 DAYS. I KNOW THEY ARE PART OF THE GROUP I HAVE RAISED IN MY BUTTERFLY GARDEN. I AM THRILLED TO KNOW THAT I AM GETTING QUITE A LITTLE COMMUNITY OF MONARCHS THAT ARE VISITING NOT ONLY MY MILKWEED, BUT ALSO THE NECTAR PLANTS OF PENTA, PASSIONVINE, DATE PALM, HOLLY TREE, AND SOME SORT OF ORANGE FLOWERING BUSH IN THE NEIGHBOR'S YARD. I FEEL THAT I AM BEING SUCCESSFUL IN MY ENDEAVOR TO HELP THE MONARCH. I ALSO HAVE MORE CATS EATING THE MILKWEED, SO THEY WILL PUPATE SOON AND MORE MONARCHS WILL EMERGE!
