Today was sunny with a light breeze, 81 degrees F, and 68% humidity -- it had rained 2 inches the day before. I saw this little 2nd instar munching away and decided to raise him indoors. Earlier in the day our first indoor-reared monarch had been born & the joy of seeing her made me want to make sure this little one made it too.
