Saw one monarch in our flower gardens. Disappeared then saw it again a few days later, I'm assuming the same one but I don't know for sure. I didn't notice the monarchs until mid to late July last year when there were 2-4 at a time feeding on the zinnias. I wasn't looking for them last year however like I am this year so I don't know if this is earlier or not. Planted assortment of milkweed and more flowers that they love in addition to zinnias this year so hoping to get more.
