Was at the site for our new park in our neighborhood. Gorgeous monarch flew by and posed on a native milkweed in the meadow we had discovered the week before. The city will save the meadow, and it will become a butterfly meadow of native plants. Found two large Monarch caterpillars on milkweed a few days before.
