Virginia Living Museum Volunteer Larry Lewis showed me a monarch egg he found this morning when he searched some potted tropical milkweed leaves next to one of the greenhouses. A male monarch has been patrolling the area regularly the last few days, so hopefully he's a proud father! Welcome to Monarch Waystation #299!
