Saw one 4th instar on swamp milkweed. Also saw a tachinid fly watching it closely. I think it's probably already infected but I covered it with a mesh sleeve anyway. I also found tiny chew marks and there were 3 1st or 2nd instar larvae. Two were on common milkweed and one was on tropical milkweed. I found an egg on swamp milkweed too. I brought the tiny larvae indoors due to heavy rains and also took the egg in. All will be placed back outside on plants in my garden and covered in a sleeve once the weather is a little better and they are a bit bigger.
