My six Tithonia plants started from seed are finally flowering. Last year during migration the plants attracted monarchs almost daily with sometimes 4-5 at a time on their brilliant orange flowers. One monarch even chose to spend the night on a scrub nearby. Six neighbors on my block have Tithonia growing in hopes of fueling their migration.
