Sighted 2 monarchs today in our backyard.
1 @ 930 a:m on butterfly bush
nectaring.

1 @ 3:00 p:m was a female displaying laying behavior on syriaca.

We checked for eggs but found none. She only left a couple of unfertilized eggs.
