Sighted 4 monarchs today in our backyard butterfly garden. Three were females, only seen feeding on butterfly bushes.
After they were gone, a male came in the yard at 2:30 p:m and was seen until shortly after 7 p:m. He was patrolling in a circuit all around the yard. He would stop and feed and rest at times and then start his patrol again. No eggs were found today. Monarch Waystation #13039
