Found on milkweed plant shortly after observing a female (not 100% certain, but pretty close) landing on it. The butterfly was only there for a short moment...I don't know how long it takes to lay an egg, so not sure if it was just a coincidence to find the egg on the same plant I observed the butterfly alight on...)
