It was a sunny, clear morning and I was going for a walk, around 10 a.m., and I saw a happy Monarch on a butterfly bush about a block from my house! Then, later in the day, I was mowing in my front yard, and a pretty Monarch flew right above my head! It was coasting along with the wind and was heading directly south! I wondered if it was migrating now! I seem to see most of my Monarchs in August & September. I think my area is in their migratory path!
