A census of my home reared monarchs indicates that if all survive, there will be 128 monarchs travelling to Mexico. That's only 32 less than last year's fall brood. It was challenging in that I changed my process to one more in line with the University of Minnesota Larvae Monitoring Program. I took more precautions in light of their lower numbers and spent more time this year looking for them. GO MONARCHS. I don't mean to be preachy or bragging. I just want them to survive.
