This evening at our home observed 1 monarch roosting in our elm tree, same tree they annually roost in; same general area on tree where sunrise shines on them. Viewed both sides of monarch-no tag.
Temp to drop you 64° overnight. One roosted last night & now another. In a few weeks many will roost in same tree.
happy to see one!
Also observed individually about 8 monarchs today fluttering in a southerly direction toward Lake Erie's Northshore not far from our home.
