Even though it is raining, our window feeder is very busy. Having it under an awning makes it very comfortable. Have only seen females today. Normally, the male who "owns" the redbud near it challenges it's use. Have noticed a lot of aggressive behavior. They are also very busy feeding in the trumpet vine & flowering tobacco in my gardens. 10 miles away, hummers are very active at the Assisted Living home where I work. This year the residents have taken quite an interest in them & put out a number of feeders. It's been fun to get residents to look out their windows & get interested beyond the fake world of TV.
