Seen at Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge. Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge is rather large and I did cover an area of about one mile near the "Allee House." The time was from 9:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and there were small clusters or two or three in different sections. They were mostly on milkweed and thistle.
There was also nearby a vegetable stand with a large planting of zinnias and I saw four nectaring there.
