This morning @ 8:30am one female or juvenile nectaring on spent cone flowers, last of cardinal blossoms and Rose of Sharon. 15 minutes later a single male showed up to feed at the sugar water feeder. It flew high up into the oak tress overhead and was dive bombed by another...couldn't tell the sex. This is the first time a male has been seen in the garden for a few weeks.
