Hi all, Monarch migration is happening! A very good day of monarch migration and a record day of tagging at Rosetta McClain Gardens, Scarborough, Ontario. 49 monarchs tagged today from 9:50am to 4:05pm. A steady east to west flow all day!
On the day 49 monarchs (39 males 10 females.)
YTD 225 monarchs tagged.
We also saw some very fresh (condition 5) monarchs today, male and female, and another 25+ monarchs flying by.

Raptors are still very slow!
