Finally saw a Hummingbird nectaring on flowers today. Not the nasturtiums and Salvia that I planted for them in windowboxes, not the tithonia and tropical milkweed with monarch butterflies all over them. No, it was visiting my broccoli and basil, which I had accidentally let bolt to flowers. I did see one stop at Lathyrus tingitanus a few days ago, but I wasn't sure if it took a drink.
