Hubby and I came across many acorns on our morning walk this week. We were surprised since it seems earlier than usual. They were on two different streets in our neighborhood. Perhaps a sign of a tougher winter season? Also, the trees at John Tyler Community College have been yellowing for about a week and I've noticed color changes in the trees along Chippenham as well. More signs of an earlier than usual fall. I'd better start stocking up on wood, food and essentials. The cooler weather will be here before we know it.
