This tattered female & 2 males have been flying around my butterfly garden feeding on mexican sunflowers, zennias & tropical milkweed, since early morning. There have been 3 butterflies in my garden since 8/20/16, but I have no way of knowing if it's the same 3. I've been able to photograph 2 males, but this is the first photo I've been able to capture of a female.
