I suspect this is the adult from the 5th instar caterpillar I had about 3 weeks ago. Milkweed seeds planted this spring, courtesy of Cincinnati Nature Center seed packet program. I got one caterpillar and this is the first adult I've seen. She was a 5th instar around Aug 5th. I never found the crysalis, but I saw this adult female today!
