I have been building a butterfly garden in my yard for about 4 years now. Allowing natural wildflowers and milkweed to take over. I have seen many adult monarchs over the years but no larva until this year. Saturday 8/27/16 we saw our first! By Sunday when we checked on her she was already hanging in the "J" ready to make the transformation. I am anxious to watch this unfold.
