I observed a Monarch butterfly this morning that was flying toward a large milkweed patch that we have in a corner of our backyard. After seeing the Monarch, I did not see if and when it left the milkweed plants area. We have been checking the underside of milkweed leaves for eggs. I did report two larva to Journey North a few days ago that I had observed, but have not seen any eggs, larva, or a chrysalis since that date.
