I put 2 as the number because it was under adult males. I saw the adult Ruby-Throated around 7:50 am. He sneaks in & out quickly & tries to keep me from seeing him. He now only comes in the early am. The Black-Chinned that has been with us all summer also made several appearances this morning & tonight between 6:40 pm-7pm. Both Adult males have put on a lot of weight esp. in the last 2 wks. The Ruby-Throat was the Top Hummer until a few days ago & it appears that the Black-Chinned is the Top Hummer. We also have the female Black-Chinned & a young male Ruby-Throated that is flashing a few spots of red when the light hits it just right. We have several others that I cannot tell if they are females or Juveniles. So our total continues to be around 5-6 as best as I can count.
