I briefly saw a Monarch butterfly (gender uncertain) traveling roughly east to west at about 4:15 PM today (8/30/2016) as it flew over my car while I was driving along Seibert Road, west of Bellefonte, PA. The sky was mostly sunny and the temperature was about 80 F degrees.
