At 2:30, Mrs' Scoggin's class was making observations in the school's butterfly garden, when with much joy one female monarch was seen nectaring in the Mexican sunflowers. It has been busy going from flower to flower and that is where we just left her 2:55PM. We have also discovered one egg in the tropical milkweed.
Finally...the much awaited moment has come to Matthews, NC!
