Between 1 and 3 PM today, I observed 1 monarch in Harrisville State Park, 1 on the beach at same location, and 1 at Harrisville Harbor. The wind was very breezy from the NW turning to NE at 12-15 mph. Temperature was 66 F. and sunny.
