We had been seeing up to 6 larva in one area on our property, and one more in a different spot on our property. With the six "group" they seemed to be disappearing each day (and no chrysalises could be seen anywhere)so my husband was concerned about predation. We subsequently brought in a total of 3, now .. two are in a chrysalis, one will be by tomorrow. We plan to release them here on our property.
