Today between 12:30 and 3 PM, I observed 1 monarch in the town of Harrisville and 4 monarchs at Harrisville Harbor. I was able to tag three of them (WCZ 880-882). Weather was muggy with a temperature of 87F., and a wind SW at 11 mph.
